Share Requests

Share requests are what our platform is designed to enable. If you have received a share request, you are already a member of the FHR Exchange and another mutual client of ours has requested access to your company's FHR. You can log into your FHR Exchange account to "accept the share", meaning you are granting this new client access to your rating.

Please note that if your FHR is outdated (meaning the period date is older than 12 months) at the time the request comes in, you will be required to upload more recent financials as a step in the process.

Refresh Requests

We refer to rating updates as "refreshes" since we are refreshing your rating with new financial data. If you have received a refresh request, you have previously worked with RapidRatings and our client is requesting a rating based on more recent financial data. Financial information goes stale over time, so refreshes are a very common request, as it is important that we maintain up-to-date reporting for you and our client. All you need to do is log into your existing FHR Exchange account and upload your latest data to complete the process.
