What does FY 2024 mean?

FY in financial terms means "Fiscal Year" - if you are being asked for your "most recent FY financials", you are being asked to provide the most recent year you have all 12 months of data for.

What does YE mean?

YE means "year end" - as in "year end financials". These financials are usually your Quarter 4 or "end of the year" financials, depending on when your company or country closes out their fiscal year.
