ActionPath is an interactive tool that helps you understand and explore how some of your financial results may be negatively impacting your FHR score. It guides you to develop strategies to address those weaknesses, which you can then share with your customers as an improvement plan. Please note that the ability to share your plan in-portal is added functionality coming in 2026.
High-Level Usage
When you access your summary page within your FHR Exchange account, you will be presented with a banner showing your score on a continuum and prompted to use the insights from ActionPath to understand how to improve your score. There is also a tab below that allows you to access the ActionPath feature.
When you click through, you will be presented with a list of financial areas that are impacting your score, as well as the ratios that require attention. You will also be prompted to start building a plan, which you can do by clicking the "Get Started" button or one of the "View Strategy" buttons.
You will then be brought to a screen that presents the most critical strategies to work on, and you can select which ones to start with.
Building a Strategy
You will have the following two tasks to complete:
Provide commentary to your audience around what you're going to do and how you're going to do it. The application will provide suggested text, or you can add your own.
Set a target ratio to achieve. The benchmarking chart will update as you input values.
Once you've completed a strategy, click the "Add to ActionPath" button at the bottom of the page and move onto the next one. As you continue to add strategies, the text at the bottom of the strategy page will update to reflect how many have been added and what the expected FHR improvement will be.
When you navigate back to your account homepage, you will be presented with a summary of your plan. You will also have the ability to edit or delete strategies.
