  • Clients discover the shared ActionPath through their dashboard.

  • The client’s status becomes Granted.

  • You can revoke access at any time.

Other Sharing Actions

Approve or Deny Client Requests

Clients may request access directly from your supplier page.

You can:

  • Approve → client gains access

  • Deny → client does not gain access (optional denial reason)

Revoke Access Anytime

If you no longer want a client to view your ActionPath:

  1. Open the Manage Sharing section.

  2. Find the client with Granted status.

  3. Select Revoke Access.

When you revoke:

  • Access ends immediately.

  • The client receives a notification.

  • You can re-share later if needed.

Track All Sharing Activity 📊

You can see all client access statuses in one place:

  • Not Shared

  • Requested

  • Granted

  • Denied

  • Revoked

This gives you full visibility and control at all times.

Understanding Access Statuses

Each client relationship always has one of the following access statuses:

  • Not Shared — You have not shared your ActionPath with this client.

  • Requested — The client has requested access and is waiting for your approval.

  • Granted — The client currently has access to your ActionPath.

  • Denied — You declined their request. They may request again after 30 days.

  • Revoked — You removed previously granted access. You can share again anytime.

Statuses change naturally based on your actions. For example:

  • A client may move from Not Shared → Requested → Granted.

  • If you decline, their status becomes Denied.

  • If you remove access later, their status becomes Revoked.

This keeps your sharing relationships simple and predictable.
