Parent Companies

RapidRatings can only accept financial data for a direct parent company that owns 100% of the requested entity. In your company's organization chart, the requested entity must also be exactly one step down from the parent company. In other words, the parent company must be an immediate parent, not an indirect or ultimate parent.

Please note, however, that obtaining financials for the exact entity requested by our client is considered best practice. Standalone data exists at the subsidiary level for tracking purposes and strategic decision-making, and we are able to process unaudited and internal financials. For maximum transparency and depth of analysis, it is extremely important that we report on the entity requested by our client.
