Some companies report non-recurring transactions or use non-standard financial formats. Our analysts review submissions and reclassify items where needed to keep the modeling accurate. This review is part of the standard rating process and does not require any action from you unless you want to draw attention to something specific.
Flagging a line item that needs special treatment
If you know a line item warrants special treatment, note it in your submission or raise it in chat. Include the fiscal period, the amount, and the line item name so our team can review it against the source financials and apply the correct treatment.
Correcting a line item in a rating that has already been released
If you believe a line item has been misclassified in a rating that has already been released, that follows a different process. See Correcting Misallocated Line Items.
Entity types that are not eligible for a rating
A small number of entity types fall outside the FHR model entirely. See Companies RapidRatings Cannot Rate for the current list and the reasoning behind each exclusion.
