Your FHR Report is fully standardized. We don't customize the report itself, add commentary, or adjust the output beyond what our model generates automatically.
That might sound limiting, but it's actually the source of the report's value. A rating that could be adjusted or customized case by case wouldn't carry the same weight with your clients. Standardization is what makes your FHR objective, comparable across companies, and credible as an independent, third-party read on your financial health, rather than something that can be shaped to look a particular way.
That said, we know there's often context behind your numbers that a purely quantitative report can't capture. A one-time event, a strategic reason behind a weaker ratio, or improvement plans already underway are all real and relevant, even though they don't show up in the report itself. You have two direct ways to communicate that context to your clients:
Use your FHR Report as a conversation guide. Point to the specific drivers behind your score and add the context your clients need to interpret it correctly.
Use ActionPath to show your trajectory. Document the strategies and targets you're pursuing, and give clients visibility into where you're headed, even before your official rating updates to reflect it.
