ActionPath Sharing lets you give specific clients controlled access to your ActionPath — the financial improvement plan you build inside the FHR Exchange. Sharing turns a static rating snapshot into a living improvement narrative, helping you build trust with the clients monitoring your financial health and stand out in onboarding, renewals, and commercial reviews. Sharing is voluntary, selective, and reversible at any time.
Who can share an ActionPath
ActionPath Sharing requires an Essential tier subscription or above. Basic members can create an ActionPath but the Share option is disabled and clicking it presents an upgrade prompt. Members on Essential, Pro 50, Pro 150, Pro 250, and Pro + have full sharing access — they can share with a single client, multiple clients, or every client monitoring them.
How sharing happens
There are two ways an ActionPath gets shared with a client. You can proactively share it from your own account at any time, or you can respond to a request submitted by a client.
Proactive sharing. From your ActionPath inside the FHR Exchange, click Share and select the clients you want to grant access to. You can select clients individually, or choose Share with All to grant access to every client currently monitoring you in a single action. Access is granted immediately on confirmation.
Client-initiated requests. Any client monitoring you can request access to your ActionPath directly from your profile in their portal. You receive an email alert notifying you of the request, and you can review it and either approve or deny it from the Manage Sharing area of your account. To approve a request you must first have a completed ActionPath — the Approve button is disabled otherwise. Approved access takes effect immediately. When denying a request, you can optionally include a reason that is shared with the client. A denied request cannot be re-submitted by the client for 30 days.
What you can do after sharing
Once a client has access, the relationship stays under your control. You can edit your ActionPath at any time and edits sync to the client view automatically — you do not need to re-share. You can revoke access at any time from the Manage Sharing area, which ends client access immediately, and you can re-share with the same client later if you want to.
You can also see the full set of clients monitoring you alongside their current sharing status, so you always know who has access and who is waiting on a decision.
Sharing statuses
Each client relationship always has exactly one sharing status. The status changes based on the actions you take and any requests the client submits.
Status | Meaning |
Not Shared | You have not shared your ActionPath with this client and they have not requested access. |
Requested | The client has requested access and is waiting for your approval. |
Granted | The client currently has access to your ActionPath. |
Denied | You declined a request from this client. They can request again after 30 days. |
Revoked | You previously granted access and removed it. You can re-share at any time. |
What clients can and cannot do
Clients you share with can view your ActionPath inside their own portal and see the most current version every time you update it. They cannot edit it, download it, export it, or share it with anyone else. If a client wants to discuss your plan with you, they need to do so with you directly outside the platform.
