What this feature does
Members on the Essential tier and above can proactively share their Financial Health Rating (FHR) with any of their customers, regardless of whether that customer is already a RapidRatings client.
This gives members control over who sees their FHR and a structured way to surface their financial health to the buying organizations that matter most to them — without waiting for a customer to request the rating through RapidRatings.
When to use it
Members typically share their FHR proactively when they want to:
Differentiate themselves during a sales or procurement process by demonstrating financial stability.
Reassure an existing customer whose contract is up for renewal.
Get ahead of a customer's risk review by sharing their rating before being asked.
Streamline financial vetting with a new customer who would otherwise have to request the information through their own due-diligence process.
How it works
The member initiates a share by entering the recipient's company name and contact details. What happens next depends on whether the recipient is already in the RapidRatings network.
If the recipient is already a RapidRatings client, the share request is sent directly to them through the platform. They are notified of the incoming share and can accept it to view the member's FHR.
If the recipient is not yet in the RapidRatings network, they receive an email invitation to join the FHR Exchange. Once they register and create an account, the share request is established and they gain access to the member's rating.
In both cases, the member who initiated the share controls their disclosure level — what financial detail is visible to the recipient — at the point the share is accepted.

Tracking shares
Once a share invitation has been sent, it appears in the member's sharing activity, where they can see the status of each invitation — sent, accepted, or pending — and follow up with recipients as needed.
