Rate Your Own Suppliers

Pro tier members can rate their own suppliers using FastTrack (Pro 50 and above) or Outreach (Pro + only). FastTrack is member-driven; Outreach is run by the RapidRatings team

If you want to use RapidRatings to rate your own suppliers — generating an FHR® for each one and tracking their financial health alongside your other risk intelligence — you can do that by upgrading to a Pro tier membership. Pro tier members get two ways to bring suppliers into ratings: FastTrack and Outreach.

FastTrack: Pro 50 and above

FastTrack is the member-driven path to rating your suppliers. You invite suppliers one by one using a unique invitation link, the supplier joins the FHR Exchange and submits their financials, RapidRatings generates their Financial Health Rating, and the rating is shared back to you for acceptance.

You start FastTrack from the Available Shares tab in Supplier Management. A modal walks you through two steps: download the ready-to-send email template, and copy your unique invitation link to paste into the email before sending. Each link is tied to your account, so when the supplier registers they are connected to you automatically.

Sending invitations is free and you can invite as many companies as you want. The cost comes at acceptance: accepting a FastTrack share costs 7.5 credits, paid from your platform-wide credit balance. The confirmation modal shows the credit cost before you commit, and the confirm button is disabled if your balance is too low. Once you accept, the supplier appears in your All Suppliers list with their FHR accessible.

FastTrack is available on Pro 50, Pro 150, Pro 250, and Pro +.

Outreach: Pro + only

Outreach is a guided ratings program where the RapidRatings team handles the outreach to your suppliers on your behalf. It is built for members who want to rate a full supplier portfolio rather than invite suppliers one at a time, and it is available on Pro + only.

You start Outreach from the Outreach tab in Supplier Management. Clicking Initiate Outreach opens a modal that walks you through three steps: download the supplier list template (a CSV), fill it in with your supplier details and contacts, and email the completed file to [email protected]. Our team then takes over — initiating and managing the outreach to each supplier — and you track progress in the Outreach tab.

Credits are deducted when each outreach record is created by our team, not when you submit the file. New outreach records cost 15 credits each. Outreach also supports refreshes on existing ratings and share requests, with refunds applied when an outreach converts between types or closes as an exception. How to decide between FastTrack and Outreach

If you want to rate a small number of suppliers and you are happy to send the invitation emails yourself, FastTrack is the right path and is available at every Pro tier. If you have a larger supplier portfolio you want rated, or you want the RapidRatings team to manage the outreach process end-to-end, Outreach on Pro + is the right path.

How to upgrade

To upgrade to a Pro tier, go to the Packages & Subscriptions page in your account. Pro 50 is a self-serve purchase by credit or debit card. Pro 150, Pro 250, and Pro + are purchased by invoice through a Contact Sales button on the same page. Once your purchase is complete, FastTrack (and Outreach if you are on Pro +) becomes active immediately.
