Outgoing Shares:
The Essential Membership includes the ability to share your rating with a company outside of our network by sending them an invitation link to join the FHR Exchange for access.
Follow the steps below to invite your customers to the network.
Step 1: Homepage
On your account homepage, navigate to the Manage Sharing section at the bottom of the screen. Click the Share My Rating button.
Step 2: Share My Rating
You will be brought to a new screen. Input the fields and contact info to initiate the share.
If the party is already a RapidRatings client, they will receive a share request from you.
If the party is not yet a member of our network, they will receive an invitation link via email to join and get access to your rating. The customer you are trying to share your rating with will be required to set up an account on our FHR Exchange to be able to access your rating. They will be able to access up to 3 ratings free of charge.
Note: After three accepted shares, they will need to purchase a Pro Tier membership for any additional shares.
Step 3: Invitation Sent
After the share invitation has been sent, it will show up in the table below titled Recent Invitations:
The status will update once the share request has been actioned. If the party is already a RapidRatings client, they will be notified of the incoming share request.
Step 4: Accept Share
Once the outside party has registered their account, our Support team will send you (the initiator of the share request) a share request via the system for you to accept the share and select your disclosure level. The share is now established and the receiving party is able to access your rating.
