Your client or customer may request you to complete and share an ActionPath to supplement your company's FHR. While an ActionPath does not replace the FHR, it allows you to provide more information about your financial position and the plans in place to improve it in the next 6-12 months.

Your FHR outcome is below a certain threshold
Your updated FHR score dropped more than 15 points from the previous rating outcome
To assess your financial trajectory, not just your current position
Your trending FHR triggered some follow up questions
To enable more productive financial discussions
To support onboarding, renewals, or commercial reviews
