The FHR Exchange is a network-based platform. Ratings are designed to be shared in-portal, where every viewer sees the current rating under the member's disclosure controls and the report cannot be altered or taken out of context. Report downloads are available on Essential and higher tiers for members who need a point-in-time file, and every downloaded report carries a watermark to encourage in-portal sharing over sharing the downloaded file externally.
What is available to download
Essential and higher members can download:
The FHR Report
The Summary Disclosure Report
Downloads are available from the My Reports tab in the portal alongside the live in-portal view.
About the watermark on downloaded reports
Every downloaded report carries a watermark that repeats across every page and identifies the member who downloaded it. The watermark is there to discourage external sharing of the downloaded file.
Why in-portal sharing is the recommended way to share your rating
In-portal sharing solves problems that downloaded files create:
The viewer always sees the current rating, not a stale snapshot.
The member retains disclosure control and can revoke access at any time.
No version control burden. One source of truth.
Members who want to make their rating visible to additional clients or prospects can invite those organizations into the FHR Exchange. Once invited, those organizations see the member's rating in the platform on the same basis as any other client on the network, with no file to download, send, or maintain.
Access by tier
Basic: in-portal viewing of the FHR Report only. No download access.
Essential and above: in-portal viewing of the FHR Report, Financial Dialogue, and Peer Benchmark Report, plus download access to the FHR Report and Summary Disclosure Report.
