The Basic tier is the free entry point to the FHR Exchange. It exists primarily so that companies who have been requested by a client to submit financials can do so, receive their Financial Health Rating, and view it without paying. It also gives members exploring the platform a way to use the core self-service tools — ActionPath modeling, Peer Benchmarking, and Public FHR search — at no cost.

What Basic does not include

Basic does not include FastTrack, RiskPulse, Outreach, or the ability to request an ActionPath from a private company. Those features appear in the Supplier Risk Hub on the homepage but are locked, with upgrade prompts directing you to the Package Selection page. Basic also does not include Share My FHR — the feature that allows you to send your FHR directly to another member.

Basic members are not eligible for Financial Health Badges. Members on Essential and above can earn a Platinum, Gold, or Silver badge based on their FHR percentile and download a branded toolkit to promote their rating externally. Basic members cannot view or download a badge even if their FHR percentile would qualify.

How credits work on the Basic tier

The Basic tier's ten credits are granted once at registration and are not renewed annually. Each new Public FHR you view consumes one credit, and the Update My Rating action consumes one credit. ActionPath creation, Peer Benchmark reports, and viewing your own FHR consume no credits.

Who Basic is for

Basic is the appropriate tier for two audiences. The first is companies who received an outreach from a client requesting their FHR — for them, Basic is everything they need to complete the request and view their rating. The second is companies evaluating whether to invest in the platform — Basic gives them enough credits and features to experience the core workflow before committing to a paid tier.

If you want to actively use the platform to manage your own financial health story — sharing your FHR with clients, refreshing it regularly, controlling disclosure, or earning a badge — Essential is the next step. If you want to use the platform to assess your own suppliers, Pro 50 or higher is where supplier-side capabilities begin.
