How to Submit Your Company’s Financial Documents

In this article, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to submit your company’s financials to RapidRatings secure portal (the FHR Exchange) as part of the Financial Health Rating process.

  1. Locate the provided unique URL registration link from the request introduction email.

  2. Create an account by creating your username and password, entering your company details, and clicking “Next Step”.

  3. Review and sign our NDA and Discloser Terms.
    Please note: your account is now created.

  4. In this step, you will have the choice to select what type of upload would you like to proceed with.

    • Quick Sync: You can connect your accounting system for the fastest and most secure way to transfer your financials (Recommended-Seamless)

    • Structure Template: You can use the template provided to enter your financial data, then follow the instructions to share it securely for accurate and efficient processing.

    • Share your financial statements: You can manually upload your last two full years of financial statements plus the latest quarter-end (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and cash flow).

  5. Once you select your upload choice, you need to follow the instructions to upload depending on the submission choice and select "accept and submit" at the end.

  6. After you have submitted the financial information, you may select which disclosure level your company would like the report to be created with – either Standard Transparency (all raw financials are included in the final report) or Summary Disclosure Report (no raw financials are included in the final report).

  7. You will be contacted by [email protected] if there are any questions regarding your submission.

  8. Once our analysis is complete, you will receive an email indicating the report is finalized and a link to review it in your account.

If you have any questions about the report itself, please highlight the section of the report you're asking about, and we will communicate with our Data Analysis team to best answer your questions.

Once you have completed the submission, the submission portal will close and you will not be able to make changes to the data submitted or submit additional statements or data. Please review the data submitted for accuracy and to ensure that you are including all the data you wish to be considered.

Please note: a full Member Rating Review of your report with an analyst is not a service we offer currently - but we hope to offer it in the future.
