There are three different submission scenarios depending on your company’s status on the FHR Exchange and whether a client has requested updated information.
Scenario 1: You are a supplier/vendor becoming an FHR member due to a client request
If your company does not yet have an account on the FHR Exchange, a RapidRatings client provided us with a contact for your company. That contact will receive an email containing a unique registration link.
Once the registration is completed, you will be prompted to submit the requested financial information.
The registration link expires once the account is created. If you registered but did not finish the submission during that same session, you can log back in at https://accounts.rapidratings.com/ to complete it.
Scenario 2: You are an existing member submitting updated financials due to a client request
If your company already has an account on the FHR Exchange, your account holder should have received an email that includes a unique link. This link unlocks the submission portal, and it must be used to complete the submission.
The unique link expires once a login is successful. If you logged in but did not finish the submission during that same session, you can log back in at https://accounts.rapidratings.com/ to complete it.
**If you cannot see the submission portal
If you previously used a unique submission link to access your account but log in later and do not see an option to submit data, the submission portal may have closed.

Scenario 3: You are an existing member proactively updating financials (no client request)
If your company already has an account on the FHR Exchange and you would like to update your financial information proactively, you may use one of your membership allotments to refresh your FHR report. The number of allotments available depends on your membership level.
