If your company already has an account on the FHR Exchange, your company's account holder should have received an email containing a unique link which will unlock the submission portal. The unique link must be used to complete the submission.
If your company does not yet have an account on the FHR Exchange, a client of RapidRatings provided us with a contact for your company who will receive an email containing a unique registration link. Once the account is registered, you will be requested to submit the financial data. The registration link expires once the account registration has been completed, so if you did not complete your submission in the same workflow, you can log back into your newly created account to complete it at https://accounts.rapidratings.com/.
If you successfully used a unique submission link to access your account at one point but log back into the account at a later point and still do not see an option to submit data, it may mean the submission portal was closed. In this case, you will need to reach out to [email protected] and ask to speak with an agent so we can reopen it for you.
