Basic members access their rating through a dynamic view in the FHR Exchange portal and can also view the actual FHR Report made available to clients. The dynamic view lives on the View My Financial Health tab and includes:
The current Financial Health Rating and the underlying Core Health Score
The full breakdown of the ratios and financial components that produced the result
Historical rating trend across the periods on file
The disclosure level currently applied and the option to adjust it, subject to tier
Direct access to ActionPath, where the member can model pro forma scenarios and see how planned changes would affect the rating
The submission history for the account, including the periods rated and when the next update is due
Because this view is dynamic, it always reflects the current state of the rating. When new financials are submitted and a new period is rated, the view updates automatically — no new document needs to be produced, distributed, or version-controlled.
Basic members can also view the actual FHR Report made available to clients, giving visibility into the same report clients see. Basic members do not have download access. To download reports, see below.
What Essential members can do
Essential (and higher) members can download:
Their FHR Report
Financial Dialogue
Peer Benchmark reports
Downloads are available directly from the relevant tab in the portal alongside the live view, so members can save or share a point-in-time file whenever they need one.
For the full set of features available at this level, see The Essential Tier.
Sharing the rating externally
Members who want to make their rating visible to clients or prospects outside the current requesting client can do so by inviting those organizations into the FHR Exchange through an Essential (or higher) membership. Once invited, the client organization can view the member's rating within the platform on the same basis as any other client on the network — no file needs to be downloaded, sent, or maintained by the member.
For more on the current sharing options available at each tier, see The Essential Tier.
