Can we have multiple accounts?

Our platform currently only supports one account holder per organization. You're able to manage all client requests via this one account.


Coming in July 2026, Basic members will be able to have up to three account holders per account and Essential members will be able to have up to five account holders.

If you've created an account and need to transfer ownership to someone else, please request to speak with an associate for assistance.
