RapidRatings does not accept financial statements submitted by email. All financial data must be submitted through the secure FHR Exchange portal. This article explains why email submission is not supported and describes the supported submission methods.
Why email is not a supported submission method
Email is not a sufficiently secure channel for the confidential financial data RapidRatings collects. Submitting financial statements through the FHR Exchange portal ensures that data is transmitted and stored under the security and confidentiality controls described in the Privacy & Security section of this Help Center.
Email submissions also cannot be processed by RapidRatings' rating workflow, which is designed to ingest data through the portal's structured submission methods. Financial statements sent by email cannot be used to generate an FHR even if they are received.
How to submit financial statements through the FHR Exchange portal
Financial statements are submitted through the FHR Exchange portal using one of the supported submission methods. Direct data entry and the Structured Template generate an FHR immediately if no QA flags are raised. The QuickSync accounting software connection also produces a rating immediately. Uploads of source financial documents are accepted and typically generate a rating within three to five business days.
How to access the FHR Exchange portal
Companies new to the FHR Exchange can access the portal using the registration link included in the original outreach communication from RapidRatings. Companies that already have an account can log into the FHR Exchange portal directly at accounts.rapidratings.com.
