Financial Statements submission did not go through.

This article explains the steps to follow when member financial statements submission did not go through, meaning they did not receive our confirmation message.

In order for a submission of financials to be completed after you select “submit” you should always receive a confirmation message similar to the following:

AI-generated content may be incorrect.

If you did not receive the previous confirmation message, this means that unfortunately we did not receive your submission, and you will need to do the following steps:

1. Make sure to log out from your account by selecting your name in the top right corner and select “Log out”.

2. Once you are logged out, please close the window and open a new window using a private browser.

3. Please make sure to Turn off you VPN.

4. Once you have a private browser open and your VPN is off, please login to your account using https://accounts.rapidratings.com/login/ and complete the submission again.

By following these steps, you should receive our confirmation message after your submission, if you are still not receiving the confirmation, please email us to [email protected] requesting to speak with an associate or call us at +1 646.233.4600.
