Understanding the Different Ways to “Share”

It is important to differentiate what type of share we are referring to.

It’s important to clearly distinguish between the following sharing options, as each serves a different purpose and audience. At a high level, there are two types of reports you can share:

  • Financial Health Rating

  • ActionPath

Proactively Sharing an FHR

The Share My FHR feature in the portal enables members to securely share their Financial Health Rating with existing clients or invite new companies to view it through the FHRx platform. This allows members to proactively control who can access their financial health data. As a member, to proactively share your FHR report, you must be on the Essential tier or higher.

For Fastrack members invited by a RapidRatings client to submit financials, once the supplier completes an FHR report:

  • The supplier manually chooses to share the report with their client.

  • The client must then log into their account and manually accept the share.

Revoking an FHR Share

Since members have sole discretion over when and who has visibility of their FHR, if a member requests to stop sharing their FHR Report, a Member Services Associate will assist the members in removing FHR visibility from the selected customer(s). Any member can revoke their share(s) at any time.

Accepting an FHR Share Request

In cases where existing RapidRatings Enterprise clients pay for their suppliers to share an FHR report, existing member account holders will:

  • Receive a notification via email informing them a share request from a new client has been sent to their account

  • Log into their existing account

  • Select a disclosure level

  • Choose “Accept” on the share request from their home page

Active Shares

An active share is defined as a customer having access to your most recent FHR. The client can view the report, include the FHR in their portfolios and use the score to include in high level reporting.

Sharing Action Path

Action Path Sharing transforms a member’s financial improvement plan into a competitive advantage. Rather than sharing only an FHR score, members can share the specific strategies, milestones, and timeline behind their improvement plan.
Think of this as sharing the roadmap—not just the current location. This level of transparency builds trust in competitive situations and strengthens long‑term client relationships.
