Every Pro package gives you the full supplier intelligence feature set: search and view Public Company FHRs from our public ratings database, use RiskPulse for supplier risk discovery and ongoing monitoring (powered by CreditSafe), invite your suppliers to be rated through FastTrack and accept their FHRs when they share back, build and share ActionPaths, display Badges on your profile, and share your own FHR with your clients. Every Pro package also supports up to 15 users on your account.

Why upgrade to a Pro package
Pro 50 is the entry point to full Pro feature access — supplier intelligence through RiskPulse, supplier ratings through FastTrack, and the wider feature set — with a credit allotment sized for light to moderate use. Pro 150 and Pro 250 give you the same feature set with progressively larger credit allotments, suited to members monitoring more suppliers or running more FastTrack invitations each year.
Pro + is for members who want RapidRatings to run a managed outreach program on their behalf — rating a full supplier portfolio at scale rather than one supplier at a time via FastTrack. Outreach is included only on Pro +, and the package's larger credit allotment is sized to support it.
How to purchase or upgrade
You can purchase or upgrade to any Pro package from the Packages & Subscriptions page in your account.
Pro 50 is purchased by credit or debit card through a self-serve Stripe checkout. Your entitlements and credits are active immediately on successful payment.
Pro 150, Pro 250, and Pro + are purchased by invoice through a Contact Sales flow. Clicking Contact Sales on the package card creates a conversation with our Sales team, who reach out to confirm the package. Our Accounting team then issues an invoice. Once payment clears, your tier and credit balance are provisioned automatically.
Renewals and credit carry-over
Pro packages are based on a one-year contract. Credits replenish to the package allotment at each annual renewal. Unspent credits expire at the end of the term and do not roll over to the next year. Credits do carry over if you upgrade to a higher Pro package mid-term, and Pro members can purchase add-on credit bundles if their package allotment runs low.
You can manage your subscription — view your active tier and next billing date, update your card, view past invoices, or cancel your subscription — from the Billing Information page, reached from the account menu in the top-right of the portal.
