Overview of Financial Data Submission

The RapidRatings portal allows members (users) to submit financial data for private companies. This information is used to update the Financial Health Rating (FHR) and support accurate reporting.

Members may submit financial data for new financial periods when requested by a client or when choosing to use their annual update allotment. Once a submission is completed, financial data cannot be edited or resubmitted without assistance from RapidRatings.

Adding Financial Data for a New Period

If you are seeking to update your financials due to a client request, or if you are choosing to use one of your allotted updates, please follow the standard financial data upload process in the RapidRatings portal.

Step‑by‑step instructions for submitting financials can be found here: How Can I Submit Financial Statements.

Once your submission is completed, the financial data is locked and cannot be edited directly.

Making Changes After Submission

Members are not able to log in and update financial figures at will once a submission has been completed.

If the Submission Is Complete but the Portal Is Closed

If additional financial statements need to be provided after submission:

  • The member must contact [email protected] to request that the portal be reopened.

  • If approved, RapidRatings will reopen the portal and notify the member by email with instructions to upload the additional documents.

If a Rating Has Already Been Released

If the Financial Health Rating has already been issued:

  • The member will not be able to resubmit data through the portal.

  • Any updates must be reviewed and processed manually by RapidRatings.

  • The member should contact [email protected] for guidance on next steps.
