Will uploading documents change my rating?
No. Source documents are used for verification only and have no impact on your rating calculation. Your rating is based solely on the financial figures you enter.
What file types are accepted?
The accepted file types match the standard document formats supported by the FHR Exchange portal (e.g. PDF, Excel, Word). If you select a file type that isn't supported, you'll see an error message immediately and will need to choose a different file.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes. Files must be within the size limits enforced by the portal. If your file exceeds the limit, you'll be prompted to reduce the file size or split the document before uploading.
Do I have to upload documents?
It depends on your client's settings. If documents are marked optional, you can complete your submission without attaching anything. If they are marked required, at least one document must be uploaded before you can proceed.
Can I upload more than one document?
Yes. You can attach multiple files if your financial records span more than one document — for example, separate income statement and balance sheet files
What happens if my upload fails?
If a technical error occurs during upload, your submission will not be blocked. You'll see an error message with guidance on how to retry. If the problem persists, please contact support.
Who can see the documents I upload?
Your uploaded documents are stored securely and are accessible only to the RapidRatings team and permissioned users at the client organization that requested your submission. They are not visible to other suppliers or the general public.
Can I delete a document after uploading it?
Once a document has been submitted, deletion can only be performed by authorized RapidRatings staff. If you need a document removed, please contact support with your submission details.
I uploaded the wrong file — what should I do?
If you haven't yet confirmed your submission, you can remove the file and replace it before proceeding. Once the submission is confirmed, please contact support to request a correction
