RapidRatings uses the financial data you submit to generate health ratings that help your clients assess supplier risk. Source documents serve two key purposes:
Verification -
When you manually enter financial figures, attaching the underlying documents allows analysts to cross-check the data and resolve any discrepancies quickly — reducing the need for follow-up queries and avoiding delays to your submission.
Audit Trail -
Having supporting documentation on file creates a complete, auditable record of your submission, which is important for both RapidRatings and the clients relying on your data.
Whether attaching documents is optional or required depends on the settings configured by the client who requested your submission. If documents are required, you will not be able to complete your submission without uploading at least one file.
