To log in to the FHR Exchange, go to the login page, enter your registered email address and password, and (if multi-factor authentication is enabled on your account) enter your authentication code. The steps below walk through the full process and what to do if you can't log in.

What you need to log in

To log in (sign in) to the FHR Exchange, you need:

  • The email address your FHR Exchange account is registered under

  • Your FHR Exchange password

  • Your authentication code, only if multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled on your account

How to log in to the FHR Exchange

  1. Go to the FHR Exchange login page at portal.rapidratings.com.

  2. Enter the email address your FHR Exchange account is registered under.

  3. Enter your FHR Exchange password.

  4. Select Log In.

  5. If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled on your account, enter your authentication code when prompted. You'll then be taken into the FHR Exchange.

Logging in with multi-factor authentication (MFA)

If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled on your FHR Exchange account, you'll be prompted for an authentication code after you enter your email and password. Enter the current code from your authenticator app or other registered method to complete login. If MFA is not enabled on your account, you won't see this step.

If your MFA code isn't working

If your authentication code is being rejected, try the following:

  • Authenticator app codes are time-sensitive. If your code is being rejected, check that the clock on your device is synced correctly. Even a small time difference can cause valid codes to fail.

  • If you're not receiving SMS verification codes, confirm the phone number registered to your account is correct. Chat with our Member Services team if it needs updating.

  • If you've lost access to your authenticator app and don't have backup codes, chat with our Member Services team. We can help you regain access to your account.

If you've forgotten your password

If you've forgotten your FHR Exchange password, select Forgot password on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your registered email address. For full steps, see How to Reset Your Password.

Not sure which email your account is registered under

If you can't remember which email address you registered with, or you've changed email addresses since signing up, try any other work email addresses you have on the FHR Exchange login page. If you're still unable to find the right one, chat with our Member Services team. Share your name and company name and we'll look up which address is on file.

If your account is locked

Your FHR Exchange account is locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. If your account is locked, chat with our Member Services team from the Help Center or the platform and we'll help you regain access. For more detail, see Session Timeout & Account Lockout.

Getting help logging in

If you can't log in to the FHR Exchange after following these steps, chat with our Member Services team from anywhere in the Help Center or the platform and we'll help you resolve it.
