To register a new FHR Exchange account, open the invitation you received, select the registration link, complete the registration form with your name, email, and a password, then verify your email address. You must verify your email before you can access the FHR Exchange. The steps below walk through the full process.
What you need to register
To register (sign up) for an FHR Exchange account, you need:
The invitation containing your FHR Exchange registration link (typically an invitation email, though your organization's admin may have shared a signup link with you directly)
A password that meets the FHR Exchange password requirements (see below)
Access to your email inbox, so you can verify your email address

How to register your FHR Exchange account
Open your invitation and select the registration link.
Complete the registration form with your name and email address.
Create a password that meets the FHR Exchange password requirements shown on the registration page.
Submit the registration form. A verification email will be sent to your email address.
Open the verification email and select the verification link to confirm your email address.
Once your email is verified, you can log in to the FHR Exchange.
FHR Exchange password requirements
At minimum, your FHR Exchange password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. Your organization's admin may configure stricter password requirements for your account. The exact requirements are shown on the registration page as you create your password, and you'll be guided through them.
Verifying your email address
After you submit the registration form, the FHR Exchange sends a verification email to the email address you registered. You must verify your email address before you can access the FHR Exchange. Open the verification email and select the verification link to complete this step.
If you didn't receive the verification email
If the FHR Exchange verification email hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, chat with our Member Services team and we'll help you complete your registration.
If your invitation link has expired
FHR Exchange invitation links can expire if your client's request was closed in the RapidRatings portal. If you open your invitation link and see an expired-link error, chat with our Member Services team. We'll help you get a new invitation issued.
If your invitation came as a shared link
Most FHR Exchange invitations arrive as personalized invitation emails, but your organization's admin may instead share a general signup link with you directly. If you registered using a shared link rather than an email invitation, the registration steps above still apply. Your role on the account is set by whoever created the link.
