How to reset your FHR Exchange password
On the FHR Exchange login page, select Forgot password.
Enter the email address your FHR Exchange account is registered under and submit.
The FHR Exchange sends a password reset link to that email address.
Open the email and select the reset link.
Enter a new password that meets the FHR Exchange password requirements (see below) and confirm.
Once your new password is set, log in to the FHR Exchange with your email and new password.

When you reset your password, your new FHR Exchange password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. You'll be guided through these requirements as you set your new password.
How long the reset link is valid
