If you've been invited to join the FHR Exchange but are having trouble with the invitation (the email hasn't arrived, the link isn't working, or registration isn't completing), the steps below will help you get access.
There are two kinds of FHR Exchange invitations, and the fix depends on which one you received:
From RapidRatings, inviting your company on behalf of a client who has requested your Financial Health Rating. Your company doesn't yet have an FHR Exchange account, and this invitation creates one.
From an Admin at your company, inviting you to join your company's existing FHR Exchange account as an additional user.
If you're not sure which one you received, look at the email: a RapidRatings invitation names a specific client company that requested the rating, while a colleague invitation names an Admin at your own company as the sender.
Check your spam or junk folder first
Regardless of which kind of invitation you received, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before anything else. Invitation emails are sometimes filtered before they reach your inbox.
If your invitation came from RapidRatings
If your RapidRatings invitation link has expired or you never received the email, chat with our Member Services team. We'll reopen the client's request to reactivate your invitation link.
Only RapidRatings can reactivate a RapidRatings-issued invitation link. There isn't a way to reactivate it self-service, but the process on our side is quick.
If your invitation came from an Admin at your company
If your Admin-issued invitation link has expired, or you never received the email, the simplest fix is to have an existing Admin on your company's FHR Exchange account resend the invitation:
Log in to the FHR Exchange at portal.rapidratings.com.
Select the account name in the top-right corner and open the Admin console.
In the left sidebar, select Users.
Find the pending invitation and remove it.
Select Invite User, choose Send Invite, and re-enter the invitee's business email address to send a fresh invitation.
Any existing Admin on your company's account can do this. It doesn't have to be the person who sent the original invitation. For the full invitation workflow, see How to Add a User to Your FHR Exchange Account.
If everyone who previously had access to your company's FHR Exchange account has left the company (so no one is available to resend the invitation), chat with our Member Services team. We can verify your company's account and help you get the right person set up as an Admin.
Make sure you're using the right email address
The invitation is tied to the specific email address it was sent to. If you have multiple work email addresses, or the sender may have made a typo, confirm which address was used and whether it matches where you're checking. If the wrong address was used, ask for the invitation to be resent to the correct email.
Don't register a new account independently
Important: If your company already has an FHR Exchange account and you receive a separate client request for a rating, register through the invitation link an Admin sent you, not the client request link. Registering through the client request link creates a separate company record, which will not have access to your company's existing client requests, rating history, or users. If this has already happened, contact Member Services to consolidate the accounts.
Frequently asked questions
I never received my invitation email. What should I do? Check your spam and junk folders first. If it's not there, the fix depends on who sent it: for invitations from RapidRatings, chat with our Member Services team; for invitations from an Admin at your company, ask an Admin to resend from the Users page of the Admin console.
My invitation link has expired. Can it be reactivated? For RapidRatings-issued invitations, chat with Member Services and we'll reopen the client's request and reactivate the link. For Admin-issued invitations, expired links cannot be reactivated, but any Admin at your company can send a fresh invitation immediately.
How do I know if my invitation came from RapidRatings or from a colleague? A RapidRatings invitation names a specific client company that requested your Financial Health Rating. A colleague invitation names an Admin at your own company as the sender.
Can I forward my invitation email to a different email address? No. The invitation is tied to the specific email address it was sent to. If you need it sent to a different address, ask the sender to resend to the correct email.
I accidentally registered a separate account instead of joining my company's account. What now? Contact our Member Services team and request to speak to a human agent. They can consolidate the duplicate account into your company's existing FHR Exchange account.
Nobody at my company has access to our FHR Exchange account. How do we get in? Contact our Member Services team and ask to speak to a human agent. We'll verify your company's account and help restore access.
