The Growth Hub is a page inside the FHR Exchange member portal where you turn your Financial Health Rating and Financial Health Badge into tools for winning and keeping business. It consolidates the actions that promote your financial health externally: sharing your rating with other clients, posting your badge to LinkedIn, downloading branded badge assets for your website and email, and (coming soon) voluntarily making your company visible to enterprise buyers searching for financially healthy suppliers.
The Growth Hub is available to every FHR Exchange member, but individual actions on the page are gated by membership tier. Members on Basic can see the page and understand what is available at higher tiers. Members on Essential and above can use the actions directly.
Where to find the Growth Hub
The Growth Hub is a top-level page in the primary navigation dropdown, labeled Growth Hub. It is also accessible from a "Go to Growth Hub" link on the member home page. The page title is "Put Your Financial Health to Work" with the subheading "Build trust, promote your financial strength, and create new business opportunities across the RapidRatings network."
The badge banner that appears on the member home page and on the My Financial Health page links directly to the Growth Hub, so members with an earned badge are prompted from those surfaces into the promotion actions.
What is on the Growth Hub
The page presents four cards, each an entry point into a specific action. The cards are described below in the order they appear.
Share My Badge
The Share My Badge card lets members with an earned Financial Health Badge post that badge to their personal LinkedIn profile. The card displays the member's current badge tier (Platinum, Gold, or Silver) and a Share on LinkedIn button. Selecting the button opens the Share My FHR (LinkedIn) flow, which handles LinkedIn authorization, a pre-populated post with editable commentary, and a live preview before publishing.
Availability: Essential tier and above (badge eligibility requires Essential or higher). Basic members see a message indicating a badge is required.

Share My FHR
The Share My FHR card is the entry point for sending FHR Exchange invitations to grow your network. It supports two flows:
Create a share request with an existing client already on the FHR Exchange.
Invite a company that is not yet on the network to join.
Selecting the card's CTA opens the existing Share My FHR feature, where the invitation mechanics happen. The card itself is a signpost.
Availability: Essential tier and above. Basic members see a gated state indicating an Essential subscription is required.

Badge Kit
The Badge Kit card lets eligible members download branded badge assets for use across their own marketing channels. The kit contains:
Website and email assets: embed code, PNG, and SVG
A communications guide
Selecting Download Your Badge Kit downloads the assets for the member's current tier.
Availability: Essential tier and above (matches badge eligibility). Basic members see a message indicating a badge is required.

Discovery (Coming Soon)
The Discovery card previews an upcoming capability: making your company visible to enterprise buyers who are searching the FHR Exchange supplier directory for financially healthy suppliers. When Discovery goes live, members will be able to appear in the directory, be visible during sourcing events, and receive connection opportunities.
The card displays a Coming Soon tag, an Explore Discovery button that is currently disabled, and an "Essential" tier badge indicating the tier at which Discovery will unlock when it launches. No action is available today.

How the Growth Hub relates to the rest of the platform
The Growth Hub does not replace anything. It is the single destination that brings existing capabilities together under one growth-oriented narrative. Nothing that was previously accessible from the member home page or the My Financial Health page has been removed. The badge banner on those pages has been updated so it now links to the Growth Hub and references LinkedIn sharing, so members can find promotion actions from any of those surfaces.
