Members on Essential and above who have earned a Financial Health Badge can share that badge to their personal LinkedIn profile directly from the Growth Hub. The share posts to the member's own LinkedIn profile only, uses pre-populated commentary that varies by badge tier, includes required RapidRatings hashtags and a link that cannot be edited or removed, and grants LinkedIn access to RapidRatings on a single-post basis only. No LinkedIn credentials or ongoing access are retained after the post is made.
Who can share a badge on LinkedIn
A member can share their badge on LinkedIn if both of the following are true:
The member is on the Essential tier or above.
The member has earned a Financial Health Badge (Platinum, Gold, or Silver) in the most recent badge cycle.
Basic members and members whose FHR percentile did not qualify them for a badge cannot use this feature. For eligibility rules and badge cycles, see Badge Program.
Where to start the share
From the top navigation, open the primary navigation dropdown and select Growth Hub. On the Growth Hub page, locate the Share My Badge card and select Share on LinkedIn. The Growth Hub is also accessible from the "Go to Growth Hub" link on the home page and from the badge banner on the home page and the My Financial Health page.
How the share works, step by step
1. Authorize LinkedIn
A modal explains what access is being requested:
Post one update to your personal LinkedIn profile
Upload your FHR badge image as an attachment
No access is retained after this post
Select Authorize LinkedIn to proceed. Selecting Cancel closes the modal without any action and no data is sent.
2. Sign in to LinkedIn
LinkedIn opens its login page. Sign in with your personal LinkedIn credentials. Authorization is per-post, so you will be prompted again the next time you share.
3. Return to the Growth Hub
After LinkedIn confirms authorization, you are returned to the Growth Hub. The compose modal opens automatically with your post ready for review.
4. Review and edit your post
The compose modal has two sections:
Your commentary. Editable text, pre-populated based on your badge tier. You can freely edit or add to this text, up to 3,000 characters.
Required (cannot be edited). The badge-specific hashtags and the "More About Financial Health Badges" link. This section is locked and cannot be edited or removed.
A live Post preview on the right shows exactly how the post will render on LinkedIn, including your name, profile picture, commentary, hashtags, and badge image. The modal confirms "Posting as: [Your Name], personal profile only. Your company page is not affected."
5. Post to LinkedIn
When you are satisfied with the content, select Post to LinkedIn.
6. Confirm and copy the link
A confirmation modal appears with:
A "Posted to LinkedIn" message
A shareable link to the live LinkedIn post
A Copy link button
Forward the copied link to whoever manages your company's LinkedIn Page if you want it reposted from the company account (see "Sharing to your company page" below). Select Done to close the modal. The badge post is now live on your personal LinkedIn profile.
What the post looks like by badge tier
The pre-populated commentary and hashtags vary by the member's current badge tier. You can edit the commentary before posting; the hashtags and the badge link are locked.

Sharing to your company LinkedIn Page
The post is published to your personal LinkedIn profile only. To get it onto your company LinkedIn Page, copy the link from the confirmation modal after posting and forward it to whoever administers your company page so they can repost it from the company account. Posting directly to a company Page is not currently supported.
Sharing the same badge more than once
Members can return to the Growth Hub and share their badge as many times as they want. There is no cap on re-shares. If your badge tier has changed since your last share (for example, moving from Silver to Gold at the next release), the current tier's badge graphic and pre-populated commentary are used automatically.
What RapidRatings does and does not retain
LinkedIn authorization is granted on a per-share basis. No LinkedIn access token is stored between sessions and RapidRatings does not retain access to your LinkedIn account after the post is made. Each time you share, you re-authorize LinkedIn. Analytics on the post itself (likes, comments, impressions) are handled entirely within LinkedIn and are not returned to RapidRatings.
FAQ
Can I share to my company's LinkedIn Page directly?
Not currently. The post is made to your personal profile. Use the Copy link option after posting to send it to your company page admin for a repost.
What happens if I select Cancel on the authorization screen?
The modal closes and no post is made. No LinkedIn data is accessed and no partial state is recorded.
Can I remove the hashtags or the badge link?
No. The hashtags and the badge information link are required by RapidRatings and are locked in the compose modal. Only the free-text commentary above them can be changed.
Does my badge tier change the pre-populated text automatically?
Yes. The commentary and hashtags shown are generated based on your current badge tier at the moment you open the compose modal.
How long is the commentary field?
Up to 3,000 characters.
Where does my badge come from?
Badges are awarded twice a year (January and July) to members whose Financial Health Rating percentile qualifies them for Platinum (top 5%), Gold (top 20%), or Silver (top 35%). For full eligibility rules, see Badge Program.
