Your FHR tells clients you can be trusted with their business. Your ActionPath shows the steps you're taking to strengthen it further. Marketplace is the third piece: a place inside the FHR Exchange where partners come to you with offers matched to your financial profile.
At launch, three offers are available. KPMG provides a complimentary financial advisory session for members above a revenue threshold. PrimeRevenue provides two working capital finance offers (Payables Finance and Receivables Finance) for members whose scale and financial profile fit their model.
The Marketplace is a discovery surface. It shows you what's on offer and connects you to the partner. The engagement itself sits with KPMG or PrimeRevenue, not with RapidRatings.
Where to find the Marketplace
The Marketplace lives in three places in the portal.
The top navigation carries a Marketplace item for every logged-in member, sitting between Growth Hub and Documentation. This entry point takes you straight to the Marketplace landing page and is always available regardless of what offers you qualify for.
Your homepage carries a Marketplace tile beside your ActionPath card. The tile shows the KPMG and PrimeRevenue logos alongside a Browse Offers button. If your company's NAICS code starts with 52 (finance and insurance), the tile is hidden on your homepage, since the working capital offers don't apply to your industry. You can still reach the Marketplace through the top nav.
If you qualify for the KPMG advisory offer, you'll also see a Growth Advisory with KPMG card in the fourth slot on your Growth Hub page.
What's available
KPMG Financial Advisory. A one-hour complimentary strategy session with a KPMG specialist. The session covers the financial drivers behind your FHR, areas of operational or financial pressure that could affect performance, strategies aligned to your ActionPath priorities, and ways to strengthen liquidity, operations, and buyer confidence.
PrimeRevenue Payables Finance. Helps you free up working capital by optimizing payment terms with your suppliers and letting them get paid early, rather than extending your terms unilaterally.
PrimeRevenue Receivables Finance. Converts your outstanding invoices into cash on your own terms, through non-recourse financing rather than new debt on your balance sheet.
Each offer sits on its own card on the Marketplace landing page. Cards show a partner logo, a category badge (Advisory or Working Capital), a short description, and a Learn More button that takes you to the partner's offer page.
A "More offers coming soon" card is always present at the end of the grid, whether or not you qualify for any live offers today. The Marketplace never shows an empty page.
Why the offers you see are personalized to you
You only see offers you qualify for. Eligibility is decided before any card renders, based on your rated financials, your industry, your reporting currency, and your membership tier.
Two members can look at the same Marketplace and see completely different things. If you don't see an offer another member does, it's because your profile doesn't match that partner's criteria for that offer. Nothing is hidden from you as a matter of preference; the offer simply isn't a fit.
Membership tier matters for one offer specifically. If your rated revenue meets KPMG's threshold but you're on the Basic tier, you'll see the KPMG card locked, with an "Unlock with Essential" prompt that takes you to the plan pricing page. On Essential, Pro, or Pro+, the card is fully unlocked with a Learn More or Book Session button.
What happens when you take up an offer
Clicking Learn More on any Marketplace card opens the partner's offer page in a new tab, hosted on info.rapidratings.com. From there:
You'll fill out a short form: your name, work email, company name, company website, and job title.
You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know your details are with us.
The partner (KPMG or PrimeRevenue) will reach out to you directly to arrange the session or consultation.
No credits are used and nothing is charged. The Marketplace introduction is included with your membership.
What the Marketplace does not do
The Marketplace at launch is intentionally narrow. You cannot apply for, purchase, or transact with any partner offer inside the portal. There's no search or filtering, since offers are already filtered to your profile. There are no in-portal offer detail pages beyond the card itself; the fuller offer content sits on the partner's own page.
If you have a question about a specific offer or partner, use the contact details on the partner's offer page. If you have a question about eligibility, membership tier, or anything else Marketplace-related, contact [email protected].
