The Credit Utilization page shows your current credit balance and a line-by-line record of every action that has consumed or refunded credits on your account. It has two tabs: a Dashboard giving you your balance and contract position and an Activity Log listing individual transactions.

Where to Find the Credit Utilization Page

Open the Account dropdown in the top right of the member portal and select Subscription Utilization. The page opens on the Dashboard tab.

The page is available to every member on every tier, from Basic through Pro+. Access does not depend on whether you are an admin or a standard user on the account.

What the Dashboard Tab Shows

The Dashboard gives you your current position across five fields.

Field

What it shows

Current Tier

Your active membership tier

Contract Term

The start and end dates of your current contract period

Total Credits

Your base credits, add-on credits, and bonus credits combined

Credits Used

Credits consumed during the current contract period

Total Credits Remaining

Your remaining balance across all credit sources

How Add-On and Bonus Credits Are Counted

Add-on credits are tracked separately but are included in your Total Credits figure. They begin depleting only once your base allotment is exhausted. A separate Remaining Add-on Credits figure updates independently, so you can see what is left from each source.

Credits Used and Total Credits Remaining are calculated against your full balance rather than your base allotment alone, so both figures account for add-on and bonus credits.

What the Activity Log Tab Shows

The Activity Log lists every credit-bearing action on your account in order. Each row records the activity type, the company involved, an Event ID, the date and time, the user who triggered the action, the credits deducted or refunded, and your running balance after that transaction.

Clicking a company name takes you to that company's profile or report page. The Event ID is the unique identifier for that transaction; quote it if you contact Member Services about a specific activity. Each row also has a More action that opens further detail on the transaction.

Filtering and Exporting Your Activity Log

Controls at the top of the Activity Log let you filter by activity type, by date range, and by user.

The View All Adjustments toggle shows credit-back and refund entries alongside regular usage. Use it when your balance has changed without a corresponding usage entry, since refunds appear only when the toggle is on.

You can export the full log to CSV from the Activity Log tab at any time. The export respects the filters you have applied.

Activity Before July 1, 2026

The Activity Log records actions taken on or after July 1, 2026. Credit-bearing activity before that date does not appear as individual line items.

This affects the Activity Log only. Your Total Credits and Total Credits Remaining figures on the Dashboard are complete and reflect your full balance regardless of the gap.

Credits That Are Refunded

Some actions return credits to your balance. An Outreach request that closes as an exception or is redirected to a public parent record refunds credits, for example. Refunds appear in the Activity Log as positive entries and are visible through the View All Adjustments toggle, and your Total Credits Remaining updates to match.

What Happens When Your Credit Balance Reaches Zero

Credit-gated actions pause when your balance reaches zero. They resume when you add credits, upgrade your tier, or your subscription renews.

Which actions are affected depends on your tier. Public FHR search and Update My Rating consume credits on every tier, so both pause at zero. RiskPulse profile views consume credits on Pro 50 and above. FastTrack share acceptances consume credits only on Pro and Pro+, and only after your free FastTrack allotment is exhausted; on Basic and Essential, FastTrack acceptances never draw on your credit balance, so a zero credit balance does not affect them.

To add credits or upgrade your tier, go to Account and then Packages & Subscriptions.

The Dashboard and Activity Log stay fully available when your balance is at zero, so you can still see what consumed your credits and when.

What Each Action Costs

Credit costs vary by action and, for RiskPulse, by region. The full list of credit-consuming actions, their costs, and the refund rules is in Member Credit Cost Matrix.
