Once you agree to participate, there are three steps: you are directed to the FHR Exchange portal to create a member account (free at the Basic tier), you submit your financial statements through one of the supported methods, and you receive your Financial Health Rating.

Typical timeline

RapidRatings aims to complete each outreach request within thirty days of your company receiving its initial invitation. The actual time depends on how quickly you submit your financial data and which submission method you use:

  • Direct data entry or the Structured Template: your FHR is generated immediately upon submission if no QA flags are raised.

  • QuickSync accounting software connection: your FHR is generated immediately after the connection completes, barring any QA flags.

  • File upload: your FHR is typically generated within three to five business days after RapidRatings receives your files.

If you need more time

Companies that need more time can place their submission on hold from within the FHR Exchange portal, which pauses outreach reminders until the submission is resumed.
