RapidRatings offers a range of packages on the FHR Exchange, from a free account to our most comprehensive Pro+ tier. The right one depends on how much you want to do with your Financial Health Rating (FHR) — and how much visibility you want into the companies you work with.
This article walks through each option so you can choose with confidence. You can purchase or upgrade at any time, directly from your Member Portal.

What's included in each package?
Basic — free
A free account to manage your own Financial Health Rating and share it with the buyers who request it. Includes 10 credits and up to 3 users. A good starting point if your main goal is responding to rating requests from your customers.
Essential — $999/year
For suppliers who want to actively use their rating to build trust with the buyers they work with. Essential includes everything in Basic, plus:
Refresh your rating up to 4 times a year (Basic includes 1) — keep your FHR current as your financial position changes, on your own schedule
Share your FHR with external companies — proactively invite clients and partners to view your rating, and track every invitation in one place
Share your ActionPath with clients — show the concrete steps you're taking to strengthen your financial health
Badges — download the Badge toolkit to showcase your rating wherever you do business
Up to 5 users
If your goal is to respond to rating requests, Basic covers it. If you want to proactively demonstrate your financial health to the companies you work with, Essential is the step up.
Pro — from $2,499/year
The Pro tier unlocks the full RapidRatings supplier intelligence toolkit, so you can look outward at the companies you depend on, not just manage your own rating. Every Pro package includes up to 15 users and the complete feature set:
RiskPulse — monitor the financial risk of companies in your own network
FastTrack — connect with and access private-company FHRs through your unique FastTrack link
Accept shared ratings from other members
ActionPath — create and share action plans

Pro comes in three sizes, differentiated by how many credits you get each year — choose based on how actively you expect to use credit-based features:
Pro 50 ($2,499) — 50 credits
Pro 150 ($4,999) — 150 credits
Pro 250 ($7,499) — 250 credits
Pro+ — $14,999/year
Everything in Pro, with the largest credit allotment (500 credits) and three additional capabilities for actively engaging your own supply chain:
Outreach — request up-to-date financial ratings from the companies in your own supply chain
Private-company refreshes — request a refreshed FHR on a private company in your portfolio
Proactive share offers — initiate share requests to other members rather than only accepting them
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Both tiers include the complete supplier intelligence toolkit and up to 15 users. There are two differences:
Credits. Pro+ includes 500 credits a year — more than any Pro size — for members who use credit-based features heavily.
Active outbound capabilities. Pro+ adds the ability to initiate outreach, request refreshes, and create share offers. Pro members can view, monitor, and accept; Pro+ members can also actively request.
If you mainly want to view and monitor companies, a Pro package is the right fit. If you want to actively request ratings and data from your own suppliers, choose Pro+.
Which package is right for my company?
I just need to share my own rating with my customers → Basic
Same, but I want a few more team members on the account → Essential
I want to monitor and assess the companies I work with → Pro (pick a size based on expected usage)
I expect to use credits heavily, or want to run outreach, refreshes, or share offers → Pro+
Not sure how many credits you'll need? Start with a size that feels comfortable — you can upgrade whenever you like, and your unused credits carry over to the new tier.
How do credits work with my package?
Credits are how you access certain features, such as viewing company ratings, running RiskPulse reports, and (on Pro+) initiating outreach. Each package includes a set number of credits per year — from 10 on Basic and Essential up to 500 on Pro+.
Your current balance is always visible in the credit summary on your All Suppliers page.

How do I purchase or upgrade?
You can purchase or upgrade from the Packages & Subscriptions page in your Member Portal — open the Account menu in the top navigation.
