RapidRatings offers a range of packages on the FHR Exchange, from a free Basic account to our most comprehensive Pro+ package. The right one depends on how much you want to do with your Financial Health Rating (FHR), how many of your own suppliers you want to bring into ratings, and how much visibility you want into the companies you work with.
This article walks through each option so you can choose with confidence. You can purchase or upgrade at any time, directly from your Member Portal.

What's included in each package?
Basic — free. A free account to manage your own Financial Health Rating and share it with the clients who request it. Includes 10 credits, 10 lifetime FastTrack acceptances, and up to 3 users. FastTrack lets you invite your own suppliers to be rated and accept the resulting shares back. A good starting point if your main goal is responding to rating requests from your clients, with a starter allotment to explore FastTrack.
Essential — $999/year. For suppliers who want to actively use their rating to build trust with the clients they work with, and to bring their own suppliers into ratings at higher volume. Essential includes everything in Basic, plus:
Refresh your rating up to 4 times a year (Basic includes 1). Keep your FHR current as your financial position changes, on your own schedule.
Share your FHR with external companies. Proactively invite clients and partners to view your rating, and track every invitation in one place.
Share your ActionPath with clients. Show the concrete steps you're taking to strengthen your financial health.
Badges. Download the Badge toolkit to showcase your rating wherever you do business.
A larger FastTrack allotment. 15 free acceptances per year (renewed annually) vs. Basic's 10 lifetime.
Up to 5 users.
If your goal is to respond to rating requests, Basic covers it. If you want to proactively demonstrate your financial health to the companies you work with, refresh your rating during the year, or accept more FastTrack shares, Essential is the step up.
Pro — from $2,499/year. The Pro package unlocks the full RapidRatings supplier intelligence toolkit, so you can look outward at the companies you depend on, not just manage your own rating. Every Pro package includes up to 15 users and the complete feature set:
RiskPulse. Monitor the financial risk of companies in your own network.
FastTrack overflow via credits. Accept beyond the 20-share free allotment at 7.5 credits per acceptance, drawn from your credit balance.
Accept shared ratings from other members.
ActionPath. Create and share action plans, and request ActionPaths from private companies you have a relationship with.
Badges. Showcase your financial health.
A unified All Suppliers view that brings every company you have access to into one place, with a live credit summary always on screen.
Pro comes in three sizes, differentiated by how many credits you get each year. Choose based on how actively you expect to use credit-based features:
Pro 50 ($2,499): 50 credits
Pro 150 ($4,999): 150 credits
Pro 250 ($7,499): 250 credits
Important: all three Pro packages share the same 20-share FastTrack allotment. Moving between Pro 50, Pro 150, and Pro 250 changes your credit volume but does not change your FastTrack allotment. If FastTrack volume beyond 20 acceptances per year is a driver for you, factor the credit-based overflow (7.5 credits per additional acceptance) into your credit-volume choice.
Pro+ — $14,999/year. Everything in Pro, with the largest credit allotment (500 credits), the largest FastTrack allotment (30 per year), and three additional capabilities for actively engaging your own supply chain:
Outreach. RapidRatings' Member Services team initiates FHR outreaches to the private companies in your supply chain on your behalf.
Private company refreshes. Request a refreshed FHR on a private company in your portfolio.
Proactive share offers. Initiate share requests to other members rather than only accepting them.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Both packages include the complete supplier intelligence toolkit and up to 15 users. There are three differences:
Credits. Pro+ includes 500 credits a year, more than any Pro size, for members who use credit-based features heavily.
FastTrack allotment. Pro+ includes 30 free acceptances per year vs. Pro's 20 shared across the three bundles.
Active outbound capabilities. Pro+ adds the ability to initiate outreach, request refreshes, and create share offers. Pro members can view, monitor, and accept; Pro+ members can also actively request.
If you mainly want to view, monitor, and accept ratings from your suppliers, a Pro package is the right fit. If you want to actively request ratings and data from your own suppliers at scale, choose Pro+.
Which package is right for my company?
I just need to share my own rating with the clients who ask for it → Basic
I want to keep my rating current, share it proactively, and bring some of my own suppliers into ratings → Essential
I want to monitor and assess the companies I work with, and I expect to accept FastTrack shares regularly → Pro (pick a size based on expected credit usage)
I expect to use credits heavily, want to run outreach or refreshes, or need a larger FastTrack allotment → Pro+
Not sure how many credits you'll need? Start with a size that feels comfortable. You can upgrade whenever you like, and your unused credits carry over to the new package. Your FastTrack allotment also carries over: remaining acceptances plus the difference between the two package FastTrack allotments.
How do credits and the FastTrack allotment work together?
The FHR Exchange uses two separate allotments. Your credit balance covers most actions on the platform: viewing Public Company FHRs, retrieving RiskPulse reports, requesting Refreshes, and (on Pro+) initiating Outreach. Your FastTrack acceptance allotment is used specifically when you accept a share that a supplier has sent back to you via FastTrack.
The two interact only on Pro and Pro+ packages: once your free FastTrack allotment is exhausted, additional FastTrack acceptances draw from your credit balance at 7.5 credits each. On Basic and Essential, FastTrack acceptances never consume credits. Your free allotment is the only path to accepting FastTrack shares on those packages, and once it is exhausted you need to upgrade to accept more.

How do I purchase or upgrade?
You can purchase or upgrade from the Packages & Subscriptions page in your Member Portal, accessible from the Account menu in the top navigation. Essential and Pro 50 are purchased online by card; Pro 150, Pro 250, and Pro+ are purchased by invoice with help from our Sales team.
