How to Submit Your Company’s Financial Information

In this article, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to submit your company’s financials to RapidRatings' FHR Exchange. However updated financials can only be submitted if your company has an active request open.

  1. Locate the provided unique URL registration link from the request introduction email.

  2. Register an account by creating a username and password, entering your company details, and clicking “Next Step”.

  3. Review and sign our NDA (agree to our Discloser Terms). Please note: at this stage, your account is now created.

  4. In this step, you will have the choice to select what type of upload would you like to proceed with.

    • QuickSync: You can connect your accounting system for a fast and secure submission.

    • Structured Template: You can use the Excel template provided to input your financial data and then follow the instructions to share it securely for accurate and efficient processing.

    • Financial Statement Upload: You can manually upload your financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) for the prior two annual periods and the latest quarter-end.

  5. Once you select your submission method, you need to follow the instructions to upload and click "Accept and Submit" at the end.

  6. After you have submitted the financial information, you may select which disclosure level your company would like the report to be shared with – either Standard Transparency (all raw financials are included in the final report) or Summary Disclosure (no raw financials are included in the final report).

    Note: please submit all financial data (all periods) in one submission. If you submit one document at a time, the submission portal will close and need to be reopened again. You will not be able to complete your submission until the portal has been reopened.

  7. You will be contacted by [email protected] if our analysts require any additional information or clarification regarding your submission.

  8. Once our analysis is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that the report is finalized along with a link to review it in your account.

Finally, please note that a full review of your report with an analyst is not a service we currently offer, but we are working to be able to provide it in the future. In the meantime, we encourage you to work with our ActionPath feature to better understand the rating, our methodology, and build strategies to proactively address any weak points we've identified. This exercise will give you an in-depth understanding of the report. Later this year (Q2/Q3 2026), you'll have the option to upgrade your membership level and unlock the ability to share your ActionPath with your customers in-portal.
