Follow the below steps to get your financials processed on the FHR Exchange.
If a client has requested a rating, locate the unique registration link from the introduction email you received from us.
Note: The registration will not be successful if you do not use this unique link.
If you already have an account, locate the unique login link instead of the registration link. Log in to your existing account and skip steps 2 & 3.
Note: If you do not use this unique submission link to log in, the system will not open the submission portal.
If there is no pending client request and you're looking to proactively update your company's rating, log into your network account at accounts.rapidratings.com and click the "Update My Rating" button on your homepage. Skip to step 5 of these instructions.
Register an account by creating a username and password, entering your company details, and clicking “Next Step”.
Review and agree to our NDA (our Discloser Terms). Your account is now created.
Select your preferred submission method. Choose 1 of 3 options:
QuickSync: You can connect your accounting system for the easiest and quickest path to a rating.
Enter Your Own Financials: You can enter your data directly on our submission screens or download an Excel template to complete offline and then follow the instructions to share it securely for accurate and efficient processing.
Financial Statement Upload (Share Your Financial Statements): You can manually upload your financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) for the prior two annual periods and the latest quarter. Use this third option if you'd like to submit a PDF. (files accepted: word, excel, and pdf)
Note: If you are submitting the Minimum Date Requirements template, the submission must be made using the 3rd option: Share Your Financial Statements. You should not submit the Minimum Date Requirements template via the Upload template button within option 2.
Once you select your submission method, you need to follow the instructions to upload and click "Accept and Submit" at the end.
Note: Submit all financial data (all periods) in one submission. If you submit one document at a time, the submission portal will close and will need to be reopened again by our team. You will not be able to submit the remaining documents until the portal has been reopened.
After you have submitted your financial information, you can select a disclosure level you're comfortable with – either Standard Transparency (all raw financial line items are included in the final report) or Summary Disclosure (no financials are included in the final report).
You will be contacted by our Member Services team if our data analysts require any additional information or clarification regarding your submission.
Once our analysis is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that your rating is available to view in your account.
Finally, please note that a full review of your report with an analyst is not a service we currently offer, but we are working to be able to provide it in the future. In the meantime, we encourage you to engage with the Help Center widget and utilize our ActionPath feature to better understand your rating, our methodology, and build strategies to proactively address any weak points we've identified. This exercise will give you an in-depth understanding of your rating, enable you to create strategies with clear targets, and view a projected FHR improvement without having to invest in those strategies first. You also have the option to upgrade your membership level and unlock the ability to share your ActionPath with your customers.
