When uploading financial information to the FHR Exchange, it is important to submit all documents available at once. When you complete your submission, the portal will close and human intervention will be required to reopen it.

Therefore, if you've completed a submission but have additional information to provide, please contact us at [email protected] and ask to speak with a human agent for assistance. Alternatively, you can call us at +1 646.233.4600.

Similarly, if you've used a unique registration or login link but no longer have the ability to upload data within your account, contact us and ask to speak with a human agent. The portal may have been closed on our side, and this too will require human intervention.
