What's New: Your Login & Account Experience on the FHR Exchange
As of June 1, 2026, we've updated the login and account management experience on the FHR Exchange. Here's what you need to know.
An Enhanced Login Experience
The login, registration, and password reset screens have a new look and feel. If things look a little different the next time you log in, you're in the right place.
What's Changed for Members
Registration & Login All account registration, login, and password reset flows now take place through the updated interface. New accounts require email verification before access is granted.
Password Requirements Password complexity rules are enforced at both registration and password reset. You'll be guided through the requirements when creating or updating your password.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) MFA setup and management is handled directly within the new interface.
Session Security To protect your account, sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your account will also be locked after 5 failed login attempts.
Account Lockout If your account is locked due to failed login attempts, chat with our Member Services team for help.
Display Name You can update your display name at any time from your profile settings.
NDA Acceptance If your organization is new to the FHR Exchange, or if a new version of the NDA has been published, you'll be prompted to review and accept it during the relevant workflow.
