We've upgraded the login and account experience on the FHR Exchange. You don't need to do anything — your existing email and password still work, and nothing about your account, your data, or your access has changed. This article explains what's new with logging in and managing your account, and where to get help if you need it.
Do I need to do anything before I log in?
No. Your existing FHR Exchange login details continue to work exactly as before. There is nothing to reset, re-register, or set up ahead of time. You'll continue to reach the FHR Exchange at the same web address you've always used, and the next time you log in (sign in) you'll simply see a refreshed login screen.
What's new with logging in
The login, registration, and password reset screens on the FHR Exchange have a new look and feel. If these screens look different the next time you sign in, you are in the right place — your credentials and everything inside your account are unchanged.
What's changed for FHR Exchange members
Registration and login. Account registration, login, and password reset all happen through the updated FHR Exchange interface. New accounts require email verification before access is granted.
Password requirements. Password complexity rules are enforced when you register or reset your password. Your FHR Exchange password must be at least 8 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number. You'll be guided through these requirements as you set your password.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA). Multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup and management is handled directly within the new FHR Exchange interface.
Session security. For security, your FHR Exchange session automatically expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and returns you to the login page. Your in-progress work is not lost — log back in to continue where you left off.
Account lockout. Your FHR Exchange account is locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. If your account is locked, chat with our Member Services team and we'll help you get back in.
Updating your details. You can update your users and account holders yourself, and you can change your display name at any time from your profile settings on the FHR Exchange.
NDA acceptance. If your organization is new to the FHR Exchange, or if a new version of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been published, you'll be prompted to review and accept it during the relevant workflow.
What hasn't changed
The login experience update changes the sign-in screens only. The following stay exactly as they were:
Your FHR Exchange account and login details
Your organization and its members
Your data, financial submissions, and reports
Your product access and permissions
Getting help with login or account issues
If you have any trouble logging in to the FHR Exchange after the update, chat with our Member Services team and we'll help you resolve it.
