Invitation Link Not Working? Troubleshooting FHR Exchange Account Invitations

What to do if your FHR Exchange invitation email hasn't arrived, the link has expired, or registration isn't completing correctly.

If you've been invited to join your company's FHR Exchange account but are having trouble with the invitation (the email hasn't arrived, the link isn't working, or registration is getting stuck), the steps below will help you get access.

Check your spam or junk folder first

Invitation emails are sent from the FHR Exchange to the business email address your account holder entered. Before anything else, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as the email is sometimes filtered before it reaches your inbox.

Ask your account holder to resend the invitation

Invitation links expire after a period of time. If your link has expired or you never received the email, the simplest fix is to have an existing account holder on your company's FHR Exchange account resend the invitation:

  1. Log in to the FHR Exchange at portal.rapidratings.com.

  2. Open the account menu and go to the Users section.

  3. Remove the pending invitation for the colleague who needs access.

  4. Select Add User and re-enter their business email address to send a fresh invitation.

Any existing account holder on your company's account can do this; it doesn't have to be the person who sent the original invitation.

Make sure you're using the right email address

The invitation is tied to the specific email address your account holder entered. If you have multiple work email addresses or your account holder may have made a typo, confirm with them which address was used and whether it matches where you're checking. If the wrong address was used, ask them to resend using the correct one.

Don't register a new account independently

Important: If you receive a separate client request and register through that unique link instead of the account activation link your colleague sent you, the FHR Exchange will create a separate company record for you — separate from your company's existing account. You will not have access to your company's existing client requests, rating history, or other account holders. If this has happened, contact Member Services to consolidate the accounts.

Your company's account has no existing account holders

If everyone who previously had access to your company's FHR Exchange account has left, or your company has never set up an account before, you won't have anyone to resend an invitation. In this case, chat with our Member Services team. We can verify your company's account and help you get the right person set up as an account holder.

Frequently asked questions

I never received my invitation email — what should I do? Check your spam and junk folders first. If it's not there, ask an existing account holder on your company's FHR Exchange account to resend the invitation by removing the pending invite and adding your email address again.

My invitation link has expired — can it be reactivated? Expired links cannot be reactivated. Ask an existing account holder to resend a fresh invitation from the Users section of their account settings.

Can I forward my invitation email to a different email address? No — the invitation is tied to the specific email address it was sent to. If you need the invitation sent to a different address, ask your account holder to resend it to the correct email.

I accidentally registered a separate account instead of joining my company's account — what now? Contact our Member Services team and request to speak to a human agent. They can consolidate the duplicate account into your company's existing FHR Exchange account.

Nobody at my company has access to our FHR Exchange account — how do we get in? Contact our Member Services team and ask to speak to a human agent. We'll verify your company's account and help restore access.
