The Pro Tier: Pro 50, Pro 150, & Pro 250

The Pro package is where the wider supplier intelligence toolkit unlocks on the FHR Exchange. Pro members accept Financial Health Ratings shared by their own suppliers through FastTrack, monitor companies continuously through RiskPulse, and request ActionPaths from private companies they do business with. The Pro package comes in three credit volumes (Pro 50, Pro 150, and Pro 250) which share an identical feature set and differ only in the number of credits included and the payment method.

How FastTrack works on the Pro package

Pro members can send unlimited FastTrack invitations to their own suppliers. Sending invitations never consumes an allotment or credit. The 20 free acceptances per year are only consumed when you accept a share that a supplier has sent back to you. The allotment renews at your annual subscription renewal.

Pro members are never hard-locked on FastTrack. Once the 20 free acceptances are exhausted, each additional accepted share deducts 7.5 credits from your credit balance. Free allotment is always consumed before credits.

If you run out of credits as well, you are prompted to either buy add-on credits or upgrade your package. The Accept Share confirmation modal shows the credit cost before you commit, and the confirm button is disabled if your balance is too low.

The three Pro bundles share a single 20-share FastTrack allotment. Moving between Pro 50, Pro 150, and Pro 250 does not reset, increase, or restore the allotment. A Pro member who has used all 20 gains no new free acceptances by moving from Pro 50 to Pro 250. Only upgrading to Pro+ adds free shares. See Rate Your Own Suppliers for the full mechanics.

How Pro 50, Pro 150, and Pro 250 differ

The three Pro packages are functionally identical. The only differences are credit volume and payment method.

Pro 50 includes 50 credits annually, is priced at $2,499 per year, and is paid by card. The card checkout is the same embedded Stripe experience used for Essential, with the same tax and discount-code handling.

Pro 150 includes 150 credits annually, is priced at $4,999 per year, and is paid by bank transfer only. When you select Pro 150 at checkout, Stripe provisions a unique virtual bank account number and a payment reference; you push funds from your own bank account and your entitlements provision automatically once Stripe reconciles the payment. You cannot pay for Pro 150 by card.

Pro 250 includes 250 credits annually, is priced at $7,499 per year, and is also paid by bank transfer only. The mechanics are identical to Pro 150. The only difference is the credit volume.

The FastTrack allotment does not vary across the three bundles. All Pro packages carry the same 20-share allotment, and it is shared across the three bundles as a single pool.

Renewals on Pro 150 and Pro 250 are member-initiated. A renewal invoice with the same virtual bank account details is issued ahead of your renewal date, and your access continues only once the renewal payment is received. There is no automatic debit on bank transfer packages.

What the Pro package does not include

The Pro package does not include Outreach. Outreach (the ability to have RapidRatings' Member Services team initiate FHR outreaches to private companies on your behalf) is exclusive to Pro+. The Outreach tab is visible in the My Suppliers section for Pro members but is locked, with an upgrade prompt to Pro+.

Who the Pro package is for

Pro is the appropriate package for members who are actively assessing the financial health of their own suppliers at scale. The choice between Pro 50, Pro 150, and Pro 250 is a question of how many credits you will consume in a year, which is driven primarily by how many FastTrack shares you accept beyond the 20-share free allotment, how active your RiskPulse monitoring list is, and how many ActionPath requests you send.

If you expect to assess a small number of suppliers, Pro 50's fifty credits are likely sufficient. If you are actively monitoring dozens of suppliers in RiskPulse or accepting FastTrack shares at a volume that consistently exceeds 20 per year, Pro 150 or Pro 250 will be more economical than purchasing add-on credits after exhausting a smaller pool.

If you also need RapidRatings to run outreach campaigns to your suppliers on your behalf, Pro+ is the only package that includes that capability.
